Challenge:

HFBE, Inc. wanted to increase branding and revenue for the firm, more specifically they wanted the partners to become strong lead generators like the principals. They did not have a business development training plan or succession plan.

SRR wanted to continue the business development trainings and strategic goal work after they acquired HFBE, Inc.

Solution:

Strategic Catalyst (SCI) was engaged to create a Strategic Plan and perform Revenue Growth Assessments on each of the partners and principals. SCI evaluated existing marketing, business development, systems, training and information to develop a new business in order to create business development plans for each individual while also providing business development trainings.

Result:

This project resulted in increased revenue for across the board, a structured business development plan for each individual partner that fully understands what their goals are and how to achieve them.
