Challenge:

Lasco Enterprises wanted to continue to grow their business and was looking for marketing and business development strategies. In addition, they were looking for an executive coach to help their young leadership team professionally grown in areas of management and leadership. They also had a strong desire to create an advisory board of business professionals.

Solution:

Strategic Catalyst (SCI) met with the Lasco Enterprises’ leadership team to create a Strategic Marketing Plan and then documented the processes for the Event & Catering Division. In addition, SCI created and launched the Lasco Enterprises’ Advisory Board and provided executive coaching for a number of people on the Lasco Enterprises leadership team.
