Strategic Catalyst (SCI) was engaged to review current marketing and business development collateral, sales processes and new business development strategies. SCI served in an advisory and consultant role by creating a sales training manual, strategic sales plan and developed new business with large international companies headquartered in the US, Canada and Mexico.
